Please allow 4–10 business days before dispatch.
Many orders are ready sooner, but during busy periods they may take the full timeframe. If delays occur, I upgrade to Express Post at no extra cost.
Can I preview the personalisation?
Yes! I've been working hard to give a preview of the font prior to adding to cart it's available on most listings now!
Your piece will be embroidered with thread, creating a textured finish designed to last and the digital display is just a way to show what the font looks like with your chosen name!

Can I send in/supply my own garment?
I’m leaning away from customer-supplied items so I can focus on quality and consistency.
I wholesale a wide range of garments and can source most styles of work wear, uniforms, merchandise and promo gear.
From brands like AS Colour, Winning Spirit, JB's Wear, Ramo and Headwear.
(Locally supplied Riff Raffs are still welcome.)
