Every piece is made to order with care in Ballarat, so please allow time for your item to be created before it heads your way.

Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 4–10 business days. This timeframe allows for the making and personalisation of your item.

During busy periods (such as Christmas or major launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer. Any updates will be communicated on the website and social pages.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are set by the postal carrier and may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Delivery delays
While we do everything we can to dispatch on time, Stitch Nest is not responsible for postal delays caused by carriers, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or missing parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery, Stitch Nest cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location where possible.

International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
